Tuesday

Yet again I find myself trawling the internet for hotels. This time for a short trip to Prague. There's enough info out there to drive a person crazy! Venere...Expedia...Lastminute...Google Earth. My head's spinning.

Then there are the contrasting comments ie:

"The location of the hotel it is not the best because it's a little far from tourist attractions to go walking"

"Excellent position. could walk everywhere"

Centre = noise, pricey, near to everything.
Outskirts = further to get to tourist attractions, cheaper, quieter.

Just watch those places that say things like: "close to beach" or not too far from ...", etc. Good luck and enjoy your trip. My daughter and her fiance loved their recent trip to Prague.

Have you looked on trip advisor.com? I never go anywhere without checking out people's reviews on there...it's my fave site :)
We are off to Prague this month too :)

Gil, the only way is to look on a map to be sure.

Monika, I've worn Trip Advisor out! I could almost tell you the ranking of every hotel in Prague. LOL. If you have any Prague tips - before or after your trip, let me know.

Tripadvisor and Venere - combine the two and you usually end up with somewhere decent! If you are there already, hope you had a great trip!

Hi Delina,
I love trip advisor too :)
