My Bella Napoli

Here are some photos taken on Saturday. It wasn't a very clear day, but I thought I'd take and post a few photos anyway.

Look how many people live here!!! *gasp!*

Absolutely gorgeous! The haze gives it an air of mystery, especially over the sea.

Many houses... Are these photos taken from where you live? They seem to be taken from above - could it be from the slopes of Vesuvius or am I too imaginative now?

Annika, it's taken from a park (Floridiana) up above the sea - kind of to the left of Vesuvius. It's quite near to where I live.

Thanks becslifeonline! I'll take some other photos hopfully when it's clearer.

Ciao!

Nice pics! Hey, did you get that nasty thunderstorm late last night, into early this morning? Napoli and where I live aren't that far apart, so I am just assuming you got hit with the same storm.

I can vaguely remember a thunderstorm last night...I sleep like a log so often I don't remember anything, but something thundery I recall :)

Strano clima ultimamente qui in Italia... :D

Yeah, it was very loud. I ran all over the house unplugging everything because I was scared of one of my appliances blowing!
My husband sleeps like a log too, and he didn't hear the storm either. lol

Hi Delina! Don't tell me you live in Vomero! If so, since I live in Vomero too, and as I can see you visit Floridiana (which is only a ten minutes walk from where I live) we could arrange to meet for a coffee or something
